There are many ways that dishonest people will try to obtain your sensitive, non-public information. Most scammers are after one or more types of information about you, such as:
- SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
- BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
- CARD NUMBER (ATM, VISA CHECK CARD OR CREDIT CARD)
- PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT FARMERS BANK WILL NEVER REQUEST SUCH INFORMATION THROUGH AN UNSOLICITED TELEPHONE CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT MESSAGE.
